Allergic responses are often associated with a runny nose, itchy eyes, or skin rashes. Did you know, fatigue, pain in your joints, or just feeling lousy can also be responses to allergens in your environment or from food you are eating.
Food sensitivities or allergies can cause inflammation. Testing to understand what foods cause reactions is a positive step for health. With avoidance, the body has time to heal.
